Who is Spectrum Therapy Spectrum Core Staff
Spectrum therapy, the centre for humanistic psychology, is integrative in its approach to psychotherapy. This means we use a wide range of techniques and diagnostic models from both traditional and modern psychotherapeutic disciplines. The group therapy programmes and the private individual psychotherapy we provide emerge out of our personal search to bring about a deeper, more meaningful experience in our everyday life.
