Core staff
At the heart of Spectrum is the core staff team. Their deep commitment to their work and to Spectrum has played a key role in insuring Spectrum’s longevity and success during the past thirty-six years and into the future.
The team consists of nine people including the three directors. The core staff are all psychotherapists, trainers and supervisors, who bring decades of experience of clinical work and teaching to inform them in policy making and in managing the on-going development of the organisation over time.
