This group is about you and your work. What motivates and interests you, what alienates you and how you limit yourself. It's  about how you can find your inspiration and develop a sense of flow to the way you work. It's about how to engage with your work in ways that are more effective and satisfying.   Your work may also emerge as a metaphor for learning about yourself in the rest of your life.

This group combines practical coaching with therapeutic group-work. We will explore your inner motivations and external drivers, how you form your working self, how you hold yourself back and how you work with others.

This is an ongoing group where you can learn from each other, develop shared understanding and support, deepen your understanding of how you relate to others and develop a group of work peers. A minimum commitment of 6 months is required with three months notice.
