Practice Management for Psychotherapists and Counsellors
This workshop is designed to focus on information and skill development about how to manage and run a practice. It will be of value both to new practitioners and to those established in their work.
We will cover a number of areas:

Professional issues including publicity and marketing, notes and records, appointment making, written contracts, peer support, training

Legal and business issues including insurance, your psychological estate, finance and financial planning

Practice management issues including accommodation, holiday arrangements, time management, reviewing and planning work

Developing your website and making it work for you
