Gill has a private practice working with individuals, couples and groups. Her therapeutic work particularly focuses on issues of self-esteem. She runs self-esteem workshops and on-going self-esteem women's groups.
Gill's work draws on her experience as a training consultant specialising in communication skills, childhood sexual abuse and equal opportunities work.
She campaigned for improvements in childcare provision and developed innovative ways of working with under fives in the UK and Australia.
A graduate of the Spectrum training programme, Gill is registered with the UKCP and is a Spectrum staff member.
Drawing on her own experience of adoption, she runs workshops for adopted people. She was secretary of the Spectrum Incest Intervention project and is a staff member on the Spectrum course in counselling skills and the Spectrum one year course in psychotherapy.
