Jenner is a founder-director of Spectrum and was instrumental in introducing humanistic psychology to Europe and Great Britain.

She created the Spectrum sexuality programme and developed an on-going therapy programme for women.

She is co-director, with Terry Cooper, of the Spectrum one year course in psychotherapy, the post-graduate course, and the Spectrum course in counselling skills.

Jenner is consultant to the Spectrum training programme.

She has a private practice at Spectrum.
