Terry Cooper
Terry supervises psychotherapists working with individuals and/or groups who are familiar with his work and who are currently practising. He offers supervision in an individual and group context and advises on practice management. Supervision involves case presentation, looking at specific issues and role-playing difficulties with clients. Terry also offers specialised supervision in working with couples and formative psychology.
Jenner Roth
Jenner gives supervision individually and in groups for therapists and counsellors who are currently involved in face-to-face work, and who have worked with Jenner and are familiar with her approach.
Maggie McKenzie
Maggie supervises psychotherapists and counsellors in fortnightly groups using various formats including role plays to highlight and deal with the range of issues that arise in the client/practitioner relationship. Peer support, the giving and receiving of feedback and practice management are also features of these groups. Maggie is also available for individual or shared supervision and runs specialised supervision groups in working with issues of anger and of sexuality, as well as running a supervision group for coaches.
Paul Allsop
Paul offers supervision groups for professionals in private practice, those in the helping professions and people using related skills in a work or management setting. He also supervises individuals who work with incest and sexual abuse. Clinical issues and management practice are part of the structure of these groups.
Judy Hargreaves
Judy has a monthly professional supervision group for counsellors, therapists, teachers, mentors, trainers and group leaders who work with children or parents. The group focuses on the issues arising out of working with children and includes communication with parents and co-workers, dealing with conflict and anger, understanding children’s communication styles, and making an appropriate match between children’s development and the working context. In this same context Judy offers individual, paired supervision and organisational supervision.
Julia Naish
Julia offers two types of supervision. One type is for those people practising as counsellors or psychotherapists. The aims of this group are to support clinical practice and help to develop practice management. Julia also runs a work supervision group which meets monthly for people who want support in working more effectively. Participants in this group may already be in supervision at their workplace or may work in a setting where supervision is not available.
Anna Patterson
Anna holds a fortnightly psychotherapy supervision group for practising psychotherapists. The focus of the group is on developing greater confidence in clinical work with role-play, discussion and feedback, and on learning good practice management.
Oriel Methuen
Oriel runs supervision groups both for established psychotherapists and for people new to practising as psychotherapists and counsellors. The groups focus on clinical issues and practice management, as well as on working with gestalt and formative work. She is also available for individual supervision for people from a variety of work backgrounds, including therapists who work with perpetrators and survivors of sexual abuse, gestalt therapists, bereavement counsellors and group leaders.
Gill Doust
Gill offers a fortnightly supervision group for practicing psychotherapists which is particularly suitable for people new to practising as psychotherapists. The aim of this group is to support clinical practice and help to develop practice management.
