This workshop is designed to focus on information and skill development about how to manage and run a practice. It will be of value both to new practitioners and to those established in their work.

We will cover a number of areas:

• Professional issues including publicity and marketing, notes and records, appointment making, written contracts, peer support, training.

• Legal and business issues including insurance, your psychological estate, finance and financial planning.

• Practice management issues including accommodation, holiday arrangements, time management, reviewing and planning work.
