DEVELOPING CLINICAL SKILLS

This course focuses on an experiential exploration of the therapist’s effectiveness through interventions, interactions and communication styles. Each participant will be expected to work clinically in the course and their work will be videoed, viewed and discussed within the group. The course will also teach creative ways of understanding and working with resistance and repetitive patterns as well as how to manage specific difficulties.

This course is part of the Spectrum core curriculum and is open to any practising psychotherapists currently seeing clients.

Eight Thursdays: February 18, March 4, 18, April 22, 29, May 20, June 24, July 8, and two Fridays: February 19, July 9, 9am-4pm, 2010. £1,125.
