Izzy works with individuals to facilitate their personal development in order that they may live in a more fulfilling way.

How Izzy works

Izzy creates a safe place for clients to explore their internal life.  She is warm, empathetic, clear and considered. Izzy is particularly interested in issues such as self-esteem and depression.  Her work is experiential and humanistic in orientation.

After studying law, Izzy worked as a paralegal for a criminal and immigration law firm in Notting Hill, London where she honed her capacity for swift and incisive thinking which she employs well in her role as a therapist. After her legal career she left to focus on bringing up her children. Izzy’s experience and understanding of family life also informs the way she practices.  Izzy joined the Spectrum psychotherapy training in 2007, completed her training in 2015 and began practising in 2012. As a member of the BACP, she complies with their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
